Ted Fletcher: Originally worked with Joe Meek and launched the Joe Meek brand, designed and build countless high end studio gear for the likes of Jethro Tull, YES and The Who. Also designed the first hands free systems for mobile phones.
Roger Quested (tbc): began his career at Olympic Studios London, Roger also has worked with Led Zepellin, Pink Floyd, Rolling Stone and The Kinks and is founder of Quested Monitoring Systems.
A2D MUSIC INDUSTRY PANEL 2: Music Industry Success chaired by Martin Walker
John Leckie: British music producer, began work at Abbey Road Studios where he worked with The Beatles and is notable for producing many high-profile albums such as The Stone Roses's debut (The Stone Roses), Radiohead's The Bends and The Origin of Symmetry (MUSE). Leckie has received several awards for his work including the prestigious “Producer of the Year” award by Jimmy Page at the Music Managers Forum in 2001.
Simon Heyworth (Super Audio Mastering): Simon established his reputation in recording at Virgin’s Manor Studios, most notably as co-producer of Mike Oldfield’s Tubular Bells. He gained years of experience working as a Mastering Engineer in London, before establishing his own revolutionary Mastering studio in Devon during the summer of 2002.
Richard Barbieri: English synthesiser player, keyboardist and composer. Originally coming to prominence in the late-1970s and early-1980s as a member of new wave pioneers Japan, he is now best known as the keyboard player in the twice Grammy nominated rock band Porcupine Tree. In 1993, Barbieri formed the Medium label (with Steve Jansen and Mick Karn) with the objective being to enable artists to create music and collaborate with fellow musicians on projects without record company interference and restriction. He has sound designed for Roland Corporation and Propellerheads software. His new album with Steve Hogarth (Marillion) will be released by Kscope Records on the 27th February 2012.
Roger O'Donnell: Keyboard player, synthesist, remixer, producer and composer, best known for his work with The Cure. He has also performed in the Psychedelic Furs, the Thompson Twins and Berlin, as well as having an active solo career. This summer he will be performing live with The Cure and will be playing around 20 of the European Summer Festivals. In this year’s A2D, Roger will be performing and demonstrating his solo live set-up with two Moog Voyagers and Ableton Live.

Paul Gray: (Musicians Union)original bassist for Eddie and the Hot Rods and the Damned and Regional Officer for the British Musicians Union in Wales and Southwest of England. Paul was heavily involved with Community Music Wales for a number of years, a charity aimed at nurturing and helping young bands based in Cardiff. He occasionally guests with The Damned on stage when they appear in the Welsh city.
Nick Tarbitt (Integrity Records & CMLG): as a senior lawyer in the Cornwall Street Media Law Group, Nick draws on several years' experience in the record industry to advise in media and entertainment law cases. In the early 1990's Nick began managing bands before co-founding independent record label, Integrity Records, whose artists have enjoyed considerable critical acclaim, both in the UK and abroad.
Lee Fletcher (Unsung Productions): English producer, arranger, songwriter, mix / mastering engineer, and film-maker. His recent projects have included work with: Markus Reuter, Stick Men (featuring Tony Levin), GRICE, This Fragile Moment (featuring Toyah Willcox), CENTROZOON, Moonbound, Judy Dyble, and a host of others ...
Ville Leppanen (Animal Farm): writer and producer whose career started in 1993 as staff songwriter with his borther on Bob Grace’s Empire Music. Between 1998 – 2003 the brothers released albums and toured (with bands like Blink 182, Alkaline Trio, At The Drive-In, The Ataris, Less Than Jake and many more) as members of punk band Snowdogs, signed to Victory Records US. In 2003 the Leppanens stopped touring to set up The Animal Farm.
