Recording Studio

Due to the unique nature of each project, quotes are given after you have discussed details of your project with us (see guide prices below). Recording rates include experienced sound engineer & exclusive use of studio 1 (live room), vocal booth, amp room and control room. Clients receive 1 copy of the session in CD format (additional CDs: £2 each - Full data DVD: £20).

Recording rates for Bands & Solo Artists

• Full day (8 hrs/10am-6pm/weekdays) from £220
• Half day (4 hrs/daytime/weekdays) from £120
• Less than 4 hrs: 1st hour: £50 (from £27.50 per hour thereafter)
• Evening (6pm onwards) and Weekend sessions are charged at a slightly higher rate (£230 full day/£130 half day)

Voice-over Recording rates

• Minimum booking time: 1hr from £50
• Half day (4 hrs): from £180
• Full day (8 hrs): from £340

Voice-over Recording to Picture

• Minimum booking time: 1hr from £60
• Half day (4 hrs): from £220
• Full day (8 hrs): from £400

Mobile and On-Location Recording

• 1 day (2-3 hrs recording session + set-up) from £320
• 2 days (2-3 hrs consecutive day recording sessions) from £580

Mixing & Mastering

Rehearsal Studio

Rehearsal rates include backline: Mackie PA, Mapex drumkit, 1 Fender guitar amp, 1 bass amp and 2 SM58 mics. Clients are advised to bring their own cymbals; alternatively they can hire them at the studio. Additional amps, mics, DIs and leads can also be hired.

Filming & Hire for Commercial Purposes

Both studios are available for private hire or for filming purposes by special arrangement with the management. Notable clients & shows include BBC One Show, Channel 4 (Embarrassing Bodies), Analogue to Digital Music Expo and more.
