Art-rock artist GRICE presents his unique brand of sonic alchemy through a deeply personal set of powerful and intricate songs.
GRICE is joined on stage by the Polarchoral band: Robert Brian on drums (Siouxsie Sioux, Simple Minds, Goldfrapp), Al Swainger on bass & Duncan Chave (sonics).
GRICE and the Polarchoral Band set co-ordinates for a journey through dark and sometimes challenging waters, gliding between neo-psychedelic rock, nuJazz, sophisticated pop and progressive rock, creating a cocktail of emotive songs mixed with hints of electronica and electro-acoustic glitch set to a kaleidoscope of stunning visuals created by GRICE.
GRICE has been championed by Tom Robinson on BBC 6 Music and his album Polarchoral was voted Best Album of the Year in the Indie Prog Awards (NY).

Art-rock rock artist GRICE presents an immersive dynamic soundscape, surround sound audio-visual exhibition and installation showcasing extracts from his award winning album and film ‘one thousand birds symphony’ set to a Virtual Forest of visual projections and films.
The event emphasises the importance of the effect of nature on mental health and invites the audience to discover and develop the lost art of listening, to revel in the constant and exquisitely varied soundscapes and sweet sonatas that surround us all and to explore ecological interconnections and the harmony and tension between humanity and the natural world.
