Health & Safety Guidance
Terms & Conditions

Dear Sound Gallery clients,

We have put the following measures in place with a view to keeping our industry as safe as possible so we are able to continue operating whilst retaining our customer’s confidence and protecting others around us. Thank you for your co-operation – SG Team (Updated: 15 December 2023).

HEALTH & SAFETY

Please do not visit our spaces if you are displaying symptoms of flu or COVID-19 or if you had recently had a positive lateral flow or PCR test. We are happy to reschedule your session for a later date. If you should contract Covid or have recognised symptoms within 14 days following your session then please notify us immediately

Ventilation & Air-Conditioning

All Sound Gallery studio spaces are fully ventilated. Studio 1 & Control Room are air-conditioned. We have also taken steps to improve fresh air flow by airing studio spaces between sessions and allowing up to 1 hr gap between sessions.

Hygiene & Sanitisation

Please use the sanitisers provided in each studio space to clean your hands when entering the studio.

Please arrive and leave on time to allow us to clean the room for the next client.

Studios and equipment including microphones are disinfected between sessions. We alternate microphones between different users and sessions. Microphones are quarantined for 2-3 days between sessions.

Musicians are asked to ensure that anything they bring with them (instruments, cables, cymbals, pedal-boards) has been disinfected.

No SG equipment is to be relocated and everything must remain where found on entry.
